Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Each supplier has different methods. But our main delviery service is EPacket, which is  reputable service. Other methods are China Post and DHL.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Shipping is generally between 13-20 days to Australia and New Zealand. Everywhere else shipping can be 15-30 days. Yes, you do get a tracking code as well, yay! Keep in mind with all the craziness that is Covid-19 that orders can take up to 30-45 days to arrive. We do apologise for this inconvience and are working to get the times down.

Orders and Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

We suggest signing up so you can get exclusive discounts. However it is not necassary as you can sign in as a guest when checking out your items.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

All orders are processed within 24 hours. If you decide to cancel your order you can send us an email to cancel within this time. Please note once the order has been processed you cannot cancel the order. Orders can be processed quickly sometimes within an order of placing the order, so you will need to be quick.

How Do I Track My Order?

Upon shipping confirmation, you will have a tracking number on the email. This can take up to 24hrs to be active. Click on the link to view tracking. On checkout you will see opt-ins for SMS updates and to download the Shop App to keep up to date.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted

We offer a wide range of payment methods, that help secure you money and put your mind at ease. We use Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We Ensure that any product you buy with us is safe. We do not withhold money if products are damaged and if they do not arrive. So you can feel safe buying from us.

Warranty

My order arrived faulty.

If you order is faulty please send us a photo of the damage. If it is within 14 days of receiving your order and damage is not caused by you we will happily discuss what we can do for you. 

Only part of my order arrived, where is the rest?

Don't worry EPacket sometimes sends items separately. Just check your tracking code and you'll be able to see where your order is. We have multiple different suppliers, this can be the reason why your order is separated. You will receive seperate tracking codes for each item.
